The modern problem of 21st century is Obesity. One out of three people are suffering from obesity. However there are several reasons for being obese. Having excess food and doing less physical activity. As a result the extra calorie is stored as fat. Some are genetically programmed and gain
weight easily. Even people take foods which have high calorie and low nutrient.

weight. Medicines like orlistat, sibutramine, metformin are available in market, but they have some side effects, which are harmful to our health. Bariatric surgery is also one option. But, it is advised in extreme cases only.

weight can help you look fit and fine. Disease like diabetes can be prevented by losing some amount of weight. There will be minimal chances of suffering from heart disease. Blood flow improves in the body. Overall obese is not good for both body and mind. It would be better to have a fit body.
