Physical Symptoms

symptoms of stress at workplace include
- Apprehension- Feeling anxious and hassled.
- Indecision-Incapability to take any major decisions.
- Irritation-Feeling unduly irritated or at the edge feeling.
- Frequent complains to the superior about one thing or the other.
- Memory loss-Forgetting important files or documents, misplacing primary files.
- Low Esteem-Always feeling low and not confident of orating speeches or raising his/her voice in boardroom meetings.

The total costs, stress-related accidents, loss of quality control, personal loss and various other factors are results of a stress-prone workplace atmosphere. Many employees take extreme step of suicide or physically hurting other colleagues owning to work tensions. These
stress problems are mainly seen in lower and middle executive levels. Higher-class executives are more or less more aware of effective stress management and control.
Job stress is the combination of a worker and his conditional working atmosphere. There are different ways to prevent workplace
stress. But many a times these problems vary from individual to individual, what may be a big problem to one person may not be so for the other.
