A state of natural rest is known as sleep. It is necessary for almost every living creature.

There are three types of Insomnia. They are transient insomnia, short term insomnia and chronic
insomnia. The transient insomnia is due to traveling or some stressful event. This type of insomnia is temporary and it last for some days until the stressful event is solved. If the transient insomnia is not treated properly, it may lead to short-term insomnia. The short-term insomnia lasts for a period of 1-3 weeks. While the chronic insomnia can last for more than a month. It could be caused due to depression or long term medical problem.
Treatment of the
sleeplessness can be done by maintaining the proper balance of melatonin pigment in the brain. Melatonin pigment is secreted in the brain. It instructs the body to have rest during night and has the sleep inducing effect. Taking the melatrol supplements will help the body to recover from insomnia.
