Yarrow has been known to treat the wounds of European soldiers; the ancient folk used this herb for curing many human bodily disorders. Clinical studies suggest that

This curative plant is available in many medical stores or herbal centers in the following forms:
• Fresh herb or as a dried powder
• Tabular or capsules
• Liquid supplements

An adult may take dried
yarrow mixed in tea or water or in capsular form 2 to 3 times a day. Children may be given 1/3rd of the adult dosage or as per their weight. Although the use of herbs for curative purposes is an ancient practice, many herbal concoctions may have irritant substances that may give some side effects, especially when they interact with other medical supplements or herbal varieties. Therefore it is always advisable to take
Millefolium or such herbs under a botanical expert or medical physician.
