  • Do not skip meals

Sugar intake in excess amounts will increase the blood sugar leve in diabetes diet. The exceeded sugar levels will destroy all the organs in due course of time. Fatty food increases the amount of cholesterol in the blood and this leads to the rise in blood pressure. These factors will eventually lead to fatal complications.

Skipping meals will starve the body cells and cause fatigue. This will badly affect the quality of life and the energy that the person can express on the daily activities and in regular diet.
